93c66a X8bit. Mode is how you should be read the EEPROM . I'll say it again if pin 7 is tied to pin 5 ( 8 bit mode is your only choose you to get a proper read.)

Thanks mate,I also noticed that. Thus based on the ray-ray suggestion i have edited the transponder data differently in the two dumps i posted .
If none of the two dump starts the car, then Gwee is right, asking him to send the screen shot of the transponder reading because he may have sent another data than the TIRIS DATA.

Hello Mate,
It is normal that the files did not work.Just because of wrong transponder data.Post transponder Tiris data here and everything will be OK

Gwee have we not gone threw these before? How to make a (4C) fit into a 4D suv? That chip will not fit that system, just like 80bit system and a 40 bit chip key. Solution get the proper key. Soon I will post a few test I made on my own.

Hello mate,
Picture of immo box
Thank you.
Hello mate,
In case Friend Bran380 dump does not work, used your immo Virgin dump attached and learn the key.
1) Program immo with the dump attached
2) Fit immo back to the car; the security light must blink
3) Insert the first key in ignition switch (do not turn) for 2s, the security light will remain solid.
4) Remove and repeat step3 for the other keys.
NB If you have only one key, insert it and when the security light remain solid, Turn the key ON and OF 5 times to close the programming and then start the engine
Best Regards

you have problem while reading and writing eeprom data.
Read eeprom as 16bit,
and write eeprom as 16bit.

I read as 8bit mode 93c66A (on the chip pin 7 is tied to pin 5 ) on the datasheet that how you determine 8bit or 16bit read. Problem is your EEPROM programmer (upa display 16bit but reads it in 8bit format, scrabble a few chips that way.

Did you read on board? There is a problem reading this particular 93cl66 epprom onboard. You need to short the oscillator on this board. I had done this car some years back. Will try to get picture tomorrow, I could confirm this is definitely a 4D67 chip but there is not way of doing quick reset through obd. If you leave info in FFs it goes into auto learn mode in which you can then add the 4d keys by cycling them just as if you just did a "QUICK RESET".
Please add me Rep if this helps...
thank you mate,
will write as 16bit
use 4d67
thank you.
