Simple Question about ISO's

I am about to follow this guide: NEW AND IMPROVED WII SOFTMOD GUIDE ! (http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/773505)

I was wondering, after I have done all that, can I just burn an iso such as: [Wii]My_Fitness_Coach_Cardio_Workout[PAL][ESPALWii.com].rar | wii | isoHunt - the BitTorrent and P2P search engine (http://isohunt.com/torrent_details/107960565/wii?tab=summary)

Stick it in the CD drive and play it like normal?

Or can I only play backed up games? (someone told me they are 4.1gb or something)

Would I have to use the Homebrew Channel to load the games from the disc?

Any Help will be greatly appreciated!

You will have to load though back up launcher such as GAMMA or something like
mach sure the ISO is 4.7gig
