Can anyone tell me what transponder is inside a smart key from a 2007 toyota prius?

Customer said they changed battery and lost chip!

I think its a 4D67 but not sure what page 1 data is needed.

avdi surely can do the immo reset trough obd, have done few times thats only for prius gen2 models. also u can use other key programmers and do the 16min reset via obd.

i tried with avdi and transponder starting page1=34, key light still flashing, but car is starting, diag say transponder fault?

Do I need page1=B4 for this?

I did try to program only one key, I put in and out of slot 5 times, still the same.

Today the owner find the lost transponder, put in key and works perfect ????

1: why my key not program correctly?

2: how did old transponder still work if immo was cleared?

I read his transponder and page 1 is 34

his key is still there in the immo dump , u need to close programming, insert the key press the button two times until ignition on then then off and remove key five times quickly , it will close programming /

A 4D67 isn't blank, it is formatted for use. A generic 4D60/4D70 can be formatted to work with various cloning devices. An XT27 formatted with the VVDI/Xhorse cloner will work. B4/54/34 password type.

So the 4D67 off of ebay are useless? It would be ok to program the new transponder to the immo. Doesn't need to be a clone of the original I have in my other master key.

4D67 is not the right format for the Prius.
