I've tested your file and it's not ok. After 1 minute the car doesn't rev more than 3000 rpm, the dpf light is on.
Can somebody else try and remove DPF from my file ?
Thank you

Hello all !
Still having problems with the car :(
I have flashed the file that mihaiservice made , physically removed the FAP . Drove the car for 25km and the dpf light went out.
When the engine is cold the first 2-3 minutes the car runs fine it revs ok but when it gets hot it stalls at 3000rpm. I was able to pull out these codes with vcds

I have checked the turbo and it seems is ok. I have replaced n75 electro valve , replaced boost pressure sensor, checked all the vacumms.
Can anyone point me the right direction to fix this car ?

Hi,
The turbocharger actuator is with sensor. I've checked to see if it hold vacum and it's ok. Also the rod is moving freely. The sensor has 3 wires , i presume that's a lenght measuring sensor and for sure it has an electronic inside. How else can i check this actuator ?

Some more info :
When i start the car even if the engine is at 90 degrees i can rev it up till max 5000rpm for two times , third time goes till 4000rpm and after that stalls at 3000rpm.
Tommorow i'm gonna change the the turbocharger actuator as mihaiservice suggested.

With ori file are the same prb ?

Yes.... i have flashed the ori file same thing ! I also thought that the ori was not the stock one and i replaced it with a stock one same thing.
I was thinking maybe the engine doesn't blow enough air for the turbo to spin and thats why i have this low boost. Maybe the injectors (pd) are not working as they should. Still if i monitor them they seem to be ok. Is there any change mihaiservice you might increase the injection quantity ?
