Citroen C4 2006 - Need PIN for BSI 95128

Original BSI JC is damaged in C4 2006 1.6hdi, got the secondhand one, same numbers, swap memory 95128 but car not starting, VIN is crashed.
To approve new VIN need to have access code. X-tool can not get communication with BSI by OBD to pull the PIN, 95128 attached.
Much appreciate for help.

post eeprom dump and you will get pin code and after with lexia you can adapt keys

....What about access code? Its possible to read it by BSI dump posted above? Its need it for VIN programming and codding.

post your dump from bsi and you will get code
