Hi, sorry but i dont really get it!

I have a Digipro 3 and i took the cluster from the car! Seems to be 2 look a like chip behind the cluster!?

What do i need to do to get this work? Todays KM is aprox 278330 and i need it to be aprox 173300

is there an "easy" way to go in this case?
