I am afraid i am one of those that dont say it often enough,
i love my family to bits, but never say it to my 2 daughter's, i know i should do, but i dont ever say it to them , one day it will be too late.
i used to say it every day to the wife, but as the years go by, it gets less and less.
i guess your loved ones will know you love them anyway.
My dad is 70 soon , and i dont think i have ever told him i love him, one day he wont be around anymore, and i bet you a month`s wages i will regret that i never had the chance to tell him ( thats what i am scared of )
as you can guess i am not the kind of person that is all lovey dovey when it comes to family, i have on many occasions bought my wife some flowers to try and show i care about her. My kids always got what they want .

not the sort of thing i would really talk or post about
i tell my 18 year old daughter thoes 3 words lol
as she has quite a few problems in her life which i wont go into
as she lives in a hostel now as she used to fight with her mother alot
i mean actually hitting each other(ive separated from her mother since she was a baby) and smoking the rastaferian roleups and anger problems and other stuff going on
i visit her twice a week and speak to her most days on the phone
just to reasure her i love her and help out with bit of money here and there
enough slopey shite for one day :aetsch::roflmao:

well never for me, guess being cold and heartless has its advantages, i guess there's only so much jewelery i can buy to substitute for those words. I like puppies though, especially when they're stuck in trees :shot:

Good post Lainie, wish i'd thought of it.
Well.... Mrs Pumpy and the kids I tell em all the time, fek knows if they believe me but i tell em anyway. ;)
Me mum I tell fairly regularly but not all the time, but me dad....mmmm maybe the last time when i was 10 years old :(. Is it a man thing or a father son kinda thing??? its not that I don't love him or owt, men tend not to show their emotions too well I suppose.
Saying that I tell 2 of Mrs P's brothers I love em all the time (me best mates too) and thats usually accompanied by a hug, so its not a man thing.
I also had a pair of the best fitting underpants a man would ever want (sadly no longer with us) and I used to tell em that I loved em all the time. They were so snug and well fitting, orange with blue piping....sob sob :bawling: I miss those pants so much.

Aftermath.... Don't take it for granted that you will always have time to tell your Dad ( I hope he lives to be 300yrs )
I lost my mum in April... And it was only pure chance ( I got laid off 5 days earlier ) that I was with her at the end.
Don't put it off... TELL THEM!!!
