upa usb programer after install v 1.3 cannot find H/W

How can i do ?
my upa usb is clone
try to up date program is ok but program cannot find upa usb hardware
delete and install 1.1 still cannot find hardware
who has upa usb driver

Change eeprom file (AT24C128) on you UPA Hardware

Here your file ....for repairing upa 24c128 (1.2) version with good crack working with 1.3 version
What is a colour from your upa Green or Red ? . Some Green UPA devices became trash after 1.3 version installed.
