Golf V MED9.5.10 dtc P0601

Hi mates,

Hi have VW Golf MED9.5.10 Bosh ECU with dtc P0601-Memory Check Sum Error

After reflash with good flash file still have same error and MIL ON.
Engine start and drive withowt problems

I suspect can be EEprom problem but don?t have way to repair.

Attach 95080 EEprom.

Apreciate any help.

Try to write newer sw version through bdm. I solved the same problem on audi a4 with same ecu before

Someone before fuc* bdm port in this ecu, i just can write new flash by obd or read/write eeprom.
