Jprog and Audi q5

Hello i try to program audi q5 02/2011 with Jprog. I try software # 324 for 2011-up not work or abord the programmation to fast ( write :could take up to 1 hrs on screen when start and stand 1 1/2 hours finaly i cancel) and after i try software 213 for 2008-2011 q5 and Same but after 1 hrs write v?hicule s?lection error... I lost money with this because pay for 2 one rime activation... For this reason i like understand what is the problem.

If someone have info is appreciated.

When activate second activation could confirm If lost definitively the first?

I havent heard any success with that pairing of tool and vehicle, i know that vagprog does this vehicle in a few mins , with no issue

I did one of this vehicles a couple of months ago and it took about 1hr and 20min. I put a battery jumper cause it took for ever..

Thank's for response. I program with a friend with avdi and take 10 minutes... I think buy avdi...
