KTAG no customer code help

hey guys
got here a ktag
nxp changed updated to new firmware etc

families also updated , but after update i can see only nxp serial , so nxp its ok soldered
no customer code there, so i know its from sd card
i changed all , card, tryed all formats fat32 ntfs, fat
same thing! no luck
all grey and no customer code!:(
any help will be appreciated

SD card files and start update again probably.

was sd card and i must use 2.08 sw to update! then i could use 2.11!

still now i migrated tool to transdata

for fw 6.070 you can"t have sdcard content...there are invisible files sistem...for fw 5.001,you can have it (.bin file + rawcopy)...writing this on a new sdcard,you will be able to restore a fuxed tool without client code,no tokens,or other shi+ problems,and remake update of your tool
