p.206 high emission fail

got a 206 petrol in with second failed emission after having cat and rear box [ bosal ] no faults on brainless bee or autoboss,last time we serviced it was 2012 lol,new plugs air/oil filters changed and a good run still fails,no burning of oil and runs sweet with 52k mls on clock.
live data shows N/A for water temp and gauge reads temp,replaced green sensor,no difference and blue sensor underneath is that a thermo sensor for ecu by any chance,bloody retest at 11.45am friday:goodnight:

1st nct
high idle,2970 rpm, lambda 1.05,co 0.61 vo%
low idle 850 rpm.co.0.36 hc 214 ppm limit 0.50%

2nd nct with new cat and back box.
high idle,3080 rpm,lambda 1.01,co 0.68 vo%
low idle 840 rpm,co.0.46 hc 224

lower the fuel pressure, mole grips on fuel line, crimp fuel filter, remove fuel line "block" with inline electrical crimp connector.

bin air filter.

after all the fun customer came back with a pass on emissions and cert lol,only when next car was put on the machine to test emissions it was high also,probe into exhaust had rusted and got a hole init,thanks to all including tracy
