MED 17.1 Trouble after Chiptuning Info !!!

from V.A.G. after chiptuning and few months , get 2 errors
4527 - Coolant Fan Control Circuit 1
P0480 00 [039] - Electrical Malfunction

4608 - Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (N276)
P2294 00 [039] - Open Circuit

Noise in the pump and fan is running after the engine off 5 min, Dealer maintains ECU is broken.

I solved this Problem with Hot Air and Flux .

You mean you reflowed whole ecu board or particular component?

So dealer was correct, ecu was literally broken.

Probably not been re-sealed if it worked for few months as you say.
