Buy a decent tool you might be able to do. Otherwise desolder the fujitsu mcu the eeprom is hidden below it

I looking for for purchase this type of cluster with such processor, and also other clusters without EEPROM with MCU Fujitsu MB91F060, 061, 062, 067 :)
