Golf 5 VDO error

I have a Golf 5,VDO 1K0920860E, that displays error instead of KM...and has DTC 00003 Control Module defective
I read dump with SMOK
I need a good dump to make a sample

Check if they removed some led from pcb. (Airbag,ABS).

Had this several times now.

When you turn off ignition, it also shows Error or km instead?

if turn off ignition show km...If you disconnect the battery, and reopens ... appears km but after a short distance, appears error....and again I have to remove the battery

Check if immo is off...

I did Immo off to such a machine and does not appear in the instrument cluster error

I have same problem .
Led for airbag was removed .. put new led ; and error is still here. In my case. Wit other dash no+ Mfd all ok. .
Im digiprog 3 there is option error repair on vdo and visteon . But if put message : unsoporded function. .???
Still in problem.
