For good read fis put 12V radio on and wait 30 sec. after read like 24c32

Not 8Meg but 8Bit .. Are you reading as 16Bit?

problem solved by writing good fis backup of the same model and with known code,writing by selecting 24E32 16B in ponyprog end with verification failure result programming failed,but by selecting 24E32 8bit write succesuful,now unit is unlocked,thnx for your help :)
