You can not erase 27c512 electrically with any programmer.
You need a special eeprom eraser.
Use a new chip and keep the original for backup...

Don't waste your time with remote programming on this car. Make immo off if it is possible. You can erase 27C512 with UV light. 10-15 min is usually needed.
