2011 Mazda Biante automatic petrol

Customers has called me about the above car it has 88663KM the customer tried to change with digiprog using various mazda programs but the mileage wouldnt change, he says when he put back the clocks the mileage was the old, i have a dump from customer but its not original, the dump is after they messed about. does this car have mileage in another location apart from dash, also i attatch dump if anyone can help, the customer requires 38,100km

This is the problem when put back in car shows old km. Not sure if there Is km in bcu. This dump is not original either

That dump doesn't look right to me, should be more data in the last 3-4 lines of the file, not just ff ff. I would guess it has been corrupted.

Some clusters will remember the previous mileage in the processor even with the eeprom removed.

Might be tough to find a good dump.
