Volvo idle

Hi. Can anybody set rpm to 860 ? Volvo v70 2002 2.4D. PCM EDC15331889

And now the idle rpm are?

about 760. If can add 80rpm. I have tried to set in winols, but when writing to the flash ecu and putting back to the car, car can't start
