Have a huge f****** problem, P0092(fuel pressure regulator short to +) and P0002(Fuel quantity adjuster range/performance), goes into limp mode for a few second when reving, driving hard and if I hold the pedal to the floor, only for a few seconds and it's all good after that, then again when I push the pedal to the metal all happens again, changed today both the regulator ar adjuster, the same problem exists!
Now what has been done:
New fuel pump, new injectors, new piston well the engine was fully rebuilt trying to solve the problem, the ECU is fine (didin't tried even changing it, measured values with osciloscope - fine)
The mistery part, Air flow when going hard (turbo more then 1.5bar) only shows 56-70 g/s (not per cylinder but hole engine), and yes no fault code is present of air mass, and yes when I disconect the sensor the car seems much more happy, but the problem still is there.
So would a new air mass sensor sort all of the problems?
Please guys... I'm desperate, having this issue over a year, even sent the car to FORD (because I only specialise in electrics, and they changed the fuel pump to a new oem one) then everything was good for about a week or so and all started over again. The only thing that they got me was a huge bill.
Looking forward for even the smallest suggestion!

Replace new crank sensor you will be surprise..

Intermiten, nothing done to the ECU, original file, as I said no fault codes related to air mass, egr or even intake temperature ((tho it gets to 60C) mass air flow with intake temperatrue)
Super Jumbe - why do you think the crank sensor is bad? I don't get any synchro faults... And if the crank would be bad my RPM readings would be bad also... The car starts fine, only when cold I get on the live data that the fuel pressure drops a bit and then goes up all the way again (cranking takes 2-5 seconds)...

Try a new maf, you seem to doubt its function. What is map sensor doing? Do you have a scope? Look at it in real time and the answer will jump out at you.

Autoden - my engine doesn't have a MAP only a MAF, looked at it with a scope, seem to work fine, but the values bother me, is it only supposed to read 60g/s with engine load of a 100%?
Followup, removed the quantity adjuster (P0002) and started the car, lost about a litre of diesel, put all together and the car is almost fine, now I only get a code when I reach 4500 RPM (goes dramaticly into limp mode for a second drops down to 2k RPM and again I can reach the red line)
But the crazy part is that I don't get any black smoke, tried removing the hose from the turbo to the intake manifold (MAF still on and measuring the coming air stream) and even then I don't get no smoke!
I'm so f****** tired of this ford, suggestions?
A - get 10 liter canister and put the car on fire
B - try to repair the car for a hundred or so time
Cheers guys!

Option A seems like a good one , and watch while all your problems with it disappear in a cloud of smoke

Rebuild engine mmmm.
Check for foreign material in the entire exhaust line:
* maybe in the intake of catalityc converter
* broken catalityc converter (try to whack/shake it GENTLY and listen for "jingle jingle")
* silencer broken inside

If one of those happens customer experience poor performance expecially if throttle is medium or full depressed.
Rev goes up, car is slow.

But consider this post as the last of the last things that you'll do to the car.

Are the injectors "NEW" or reconditioned? I have been led a dance by these before. New is the only way......
