Preparation time: <15 minutes
Cooking time: 5 to 10 minutes
Ingredients(for 4 persons)
chicken breast
oil
3 cups of flour
3 tablespoons of paprika, ginger,garlic powder, onion powder
2 tablespoons of oregano, rosemary, thyme, parsley, pepper
salt
Breading:kellogs & eggs
Preparation:
Sift flour and add all the ingredients. Dip the chicken in salted water for 20 seconds and dip in the flour mixture.
Dig in the egg, in flour again and end up soaking in crushed kellogs. Fry low heat in a pan with oil.
For more taste, prepare the marinated chicken hours or the night before.
