Renault Clio 3 EPS Virgin

Hi,
Would anyone be able to virginise this steering control unit for me?

It is from an 06 Clio. Part Number- 8200937955C.

I have attached the original dump.

The car previously had the column replaced. Someone later disconnected the battery and now of course the car won't start.
