MB NEC Prog

Hi guys i thought i go and buy a cheap NEC prog for mercedes and see if its any good. Althoughi been having trouble trying to get the program to run, it does work sort of. But my issues is the manual and the product description. Only part of the software works as described in the manual. Ive attached some pics of what it shows. Pic NEC 1 shows software which doesnt load (only seen this working on AK500) and the pic NEC 2 shows what actually loads. Wheres the esl check status??
All it seems to do is write over the old key chip and nothing else. Cant check esl status etc as described in description and the first pic software does not come with it???

Finally got both softwares running on my 3rd pc, i dont think the net framework version matters as this pc is running net framework 1.1. And both softwares are there in the folder but API Hook error with other laptops and pc's. All my laptops and pc's are running xp sp2 and 3.
