Hello guys. I have one small problem. In car instrument cluster only turn on the LED light for opened door and LED light for engine. Nothing other work on instrument cluster. I do not have car. When is in car couple of modules complain for lost of communication with instr. cluster. I tried to connect instr.cluster on desk. Found some info in Global TIS. Connect like this:
pin 11 +12V (15)
pin 4 +12V (30)
pin 1 GND

But for one moment i get all lights turn on in dashboard and after that nothing.
Anyone knows, should this dashboard work on desk when i give power supply?
Or any knows what problem is ?

Thank you

Like first pins 5 and 6 (in GLOBAL TIS schematic this pins are low speed CAN H lines) are on board shorted. So that pins 5 and 6 are one pin, one line, and its coming from 12 pin of TLE 6255 G and this is single wire CAN transceiver pin. TLE6255G have power supply +5V and +12V but on CAN line i have 0V. I do not know it is this normal voltage on this pin?
I can not make communication with OPCOM trough this line.
Any help ?

To power up the ipc you need a 12volt permanent supply, a 12volt switched feed and the ground... PLUS you need a low speed can signal which is generated from the CIM unit, without this you cannot properly power it up..

Pin 1 - Ground
Pin 4 - Perm 12 volt
Pin 11 - Switched 12volt
Pin 5/6 - Low Speed Can from cim unit

I have had to resolder a few ipc's because of them being dead, and has cured them and have stayed working
