I try to make egr off for this Peugeot 607 2.2 hdi aut.
But the BSI powers down after 2min. Preventing me to compleet my flashing.

i cleared all error on ecu and BSI before. Changed the battery of the car, and ofcourse i put extra power on the battery while flashing. BSI keeps going in to some sort off powersaving mode. I tried keeping my foot on the brake..did not help.

Is there an solution for this to keep the bsi alive?

and can i flash this ecu on the bench?

i have galetto, kess and ktag.

thanks

Do you have DiagBox? If you have, look in the BSI options...
I think there was a option - time, after which, BSI will switch on "power save mode"

In 307 sw done by the OBD and the option Can not KKL. Drive a car, stop car- turn off the car/ connect Galetto the OBD enabled laptop/ run Galetto/ turn on the car-click read.
The battery must be efficient!
Sorry for my English with Google :-)
