Your file is wrong read. It is not first time that i see wrong reading on such a way. All the time in dump you have 4 columns where are some bytes repeating to the end. At the beginning you have bytes 01 02 01 and 02 in columns 3 7 B and F. Interesting is that when is value not 00, you have written good values, and when value is 00 you have some byte like 01 or 02 in your situation.
I think it is problem with software of yours programmer.
