R230 SL 04/2006

I tried a R230 today on the road by obd, no joy, digi reads ok, after programming ''error'' on display. I tried with fvdi, i could read the dash eprom by obd, then adjusted the km, fvdi tells remove battery, after done that recalibrated ok, but no km change, I tried again and now security error. Is the dash locked just like audi's etc...? I never saw this by mercedes, all works fine, I cleared the dtc. I will programm this car manually next week, dash and ezs.
