Pcr 2.1 status loocked or unlooked

Hello every one
some one know if this ecu is locked or unolcked ? the pcr2.1 25640 bin file is attached
the ecu aleady unlocked for disable egr off , then the car goes 2 days ago to dealer seat and get updated

Pass in PM for unlocked file

after the seat dealer update the ecu stayed unlocked
the car moded this evening and is OK now

anyway dont be scared if its unlocked or locked , waht happens if i unlock again?
its alwyas the same 2 bytes taht get inverted. so u can try to flash your car, if it downt work u unlock, and if it was already unlocked and u locked it, just unlock again.
Ex ample is like locked 06 06 , unlocked 60 60, u unlock again its 06 06 (locked) again and so on
