sports on dreambox? Which image file is best?

Beginner so forgive the stupid questions. Just got a dreambox and I'm wondering what file to flash on to it. Looking to watch sports preferrably the footy. Could anyone help?

What satellites are good to pick up? Was thinking hotbird 7A/ Astra 1H/ Thor 3?

im not 100% sure what kids channels are open with just keys at the moment
if someone could add to this please :)
