2001 jeep Grand cherokee 4.0L how read Skim and confirm Pin to Vin

Hi all i have at shop an 2001 Jeep Grand cherokee 4.0L
vin : 1J4GW48S21C623401
PIN : 2136 that the dealer give to me but i want to confirm that he give me the good pin and i want to know how read my Skim
beacause i try to read like 93c56 and that give me 00000000....maybe its the 9s12 micro at back but i need confirmation !!
maybe i dont take the good chip for read ???
i post the picture of my SKIM module and the code that i have...the chip that i try to read is the one with red Arrow and the number i have on is

i want confirmation that i have good pin number by dealer and which chip i need to read for my Learning :)
and the problem with truck is that i have code P1686, P1687 ....start and stop after 5 second.... check my attachment

did the car had skim or pcm replacment??

i suspect the skim has replaced, because i havent seen this type in 2001 models, only late 2002 models onwards. But thats the story market region, maybe urs market would be different

also does security light keeps blinking after turning on the ignition???

We have try another pcm.... and nothing more after reprogramming same code and problem
