Help me reading MPC5604 ( SC66705 ) white carprotool

I had troble readind SC66705 whit carprotool . When I readed data flash then I verify , program show " verify memory ....address 00009848 compare fail ! " . Please tell me cause of problems . how can I fix this problem ?
