Fiat stilo dash problem

i have a stilo dash it doesnt work anymore completly dead and before speedo and rev meter dont work sometimes

how to solve this problem?

Rumor states like the ford gets mould on the board, look fir black marks, sand paper off, repeat experiment

I confirm that and this is a problem with all dashes made by Visteon.
