Audi A4 2009 speedo problem

I've got a customers Audi A4 2009 2.0 tdi , first of all my customer took it to another mechanic with a faulty fuel gauge and no other problems , when he got the car back from the mechanic fuel gauge is working perfect even when ignition is switched off the engine management, handbrake light and yellow brake warning light are fully illuminated and it's also showing a park brake malfunction message when the car is stArted, is it possible previous mechanic just changed the dash and these faults came on as a result , the car is running perfect and park brake is working perfect , any ideas on how I can resolve this problem ????

16448 control module - checksum error is the fault that CCDs scan is showing me

Possibly swapped something can you see km and Vin inside and verify it matches

I tink he might hav swapped speedo as the fault 16448 is showing at 144k and car has 250 k , is it possible to edit the vin into the speedo ??
