Renault Scenic II 2004. what component on the dash is this

Work mate has broken dash and he wants to fix it.
But unfortunatelly he blown off one SMD component with air solder and he lost it.
Can anyone help and tell what component is it and what are it's specifications?
It's in small red circle on the picture.
Top left corner.

I never capacitor failure, although the resistors look good, it changes the 12 security, check the fuse transistor. resuelda whole area from left to right, capacitors, resistors, transistors .... and testing.

Why do you think that's the capacitor? Usually that's the last thing to check.
