VW Golf V black smoke.

Hello, I need help with golf V 1.9 TDI 105 hp SW: 369,564th
The car had a problem with hot start, it is successfully resolved. The exhaust system is unplugged rear exhaust, and from that moment when you encumber the after 2500 rpm engine starts smoking black smoke. Does this there is a software solution.

a file that you send,, obnchip "smoking again and I can say more than before. Tomorrow I plan to return the original exhaust and compare it to how it will be then. I do not think is up to the exhaust, but let's try.

Air fuel ratio. Review sensors MAP, MAF. also vortex valves

MAF can unplug and car should be use MAP to calculate AFR.
Stock value is low so should be any problem, possible problem with turbocharger.

Your problem is not software, problem might be with egr, broken hose of turbocharger, probably you loosing air somewhere, check all hosses, intercooler, EGR etc.

i like that hot start fixed...:load::bs:...verry simple method to solve your "Smoking" problem...change the name of your car from VW Golf to TITANIC...like this,no need to reppair machanically your car,and can use that "nice" remap...

So, just now i saw what is this "HotStart fix" mod is actually...
This is the most ugly tuning, that i've seen from a long time...
macaco6, if with this remap the car smokes badly, flash it with original; if with original smokes too... then you must find the problem...

First fix the car, then try to remap. Sequence must be this one, not reverse.

The only way to make your car non smoking by software is kill completely the power, so first fix hardware. Or you really want a non smoking turtle???
