EDC17CP22 Tricore + EXT flash swap

Ori ecu 0281015286 P31303388 13.08.2013
NEW ecu 0281015286 P31303388 02.03.2011

Ori ecu wad pyhical damaged and can't read his on table. I swap Tricore and ext flash to the new one. After i did this when i try read K-tag not recogniose and only i can read mcu flash and eeprom. Bga fault? NEW ecu before resolder chips i was read succesfully.

Hi marek128. I have same problem. How have you matching this ecu? Only write tricore info with bdm? Help me please.

I brought Poof BGA statnion so i replace Flash and ECU to working UNIT.
First time i went to XBOX service for refit chips and they basicly fuukt up. So if U wana hawe done good job make it yourself!!!

I got SIERRA SUMMIT 1100. Now i God in tricore ecus - hawe also ELNEC with scripts for read all data in external socket.

BTW OTP area can be errased :D

Can You clone this by read/write?
You do not need to desolder and solder MCU?
Is all info in MCU?
Flash and Immo (Eeprom)
