I read with rotated pins but i read all 000000, no errors @ reading.
could it be that eep is dead?

wbr Adam.

btw what would be a replacement part for this eep.

Try cleaning the legs and reading again, as long as you haven't written to the chip it should read ok

I soldered direct to the legs so should not be dirty legs.

I tried to write last 2 bytes but i i was not able to write it.
I should read as 93c46 right? I tried 8b en 16b.

Read as 16bit not 8bit..., don't write if reading fails..

On this model there is only data in the first line.
"00 00 00 00" is a good sign that reading is ok,

Try writing "5a 5a 00 00 ed 8e dc 8c 01 00 00 00" to chip
(The rest of the chip make FF)

If not original radio change "5A 5A etc" to "AA AA 00 00 00 00 EF 83" and try again (The rest of the dump "FF")
Since you have lost your original data we need to build a new file
