2000 smart 450 600cc petrol

Hi all, ive got a smart 450 where ive got no crank or fuel injection. ive had somebody take a look at the ecu and they say that they have de-activated immobiliser but im not certain. if i could upload a dump file could someone take a look and maybe cure the problem? new to this so please bear with me thanks
