problem with climatic mercedes r

maybe this is not the right way to ask but if some one have solution is nice
i have a mercedes r and i have problem with the climatic control module heater dial knob

they have no repair?

yes i mean for otherone.
dont know if you can repair them.
maybe someone els know?

There are repair services for them, from what I can find it's a microswitch failure.
