Synchro EWS3 with DDE4 BMW E46

Hello,
I need help.
I have changed EWS with used one,
I change ISN and VIN with "ISN LA" and i have programed one new key.
Now the car crank but not start
In DDE4 i have error "1DF5".
Anyone can to help me to syncronize EWS3 with DDE4?
Or i need to write virgin file into EEPROM ?

You have to change the isn from ecu to ews.

which tool you are using ?

I use ISN LA
I have opened FLASH from from DDE4 and EWS file
I changed the ISN from DDE to EWS and change the VIN and make one new transponder from EWS file
The car Crank but not start !!
In DDE i have error 1DF5 (immo error)

I try to synchronise with DELPHI DS150E but i have error message about EWS and DDE not FIT.

0281010314 / 7 788 016

Data found with MPPS:
Bosch sotware number: 1037351761
BMW software ID: B079EWS3040038

I buy this car 2 week's ago in this state.
one garage have touch the car before me.

The ISN is the same "C3 C3" ??
but the file is not the same ???

What is the real ISN, C3 C3 from flash or 6A 16 from 5P08 Eeprom??

You are right. Sorry. Ecu 0281 010 314 - bmw 530d e39 - year 2000 - eeprom 95p08

Put full flash.

Ecu was manipulate from my client and I checked e2prom and you are right. Perharps this guy try to make something before me.

What is the real ISN, C3 C3 from flash or 6A 16 from 5P08 Eeprom??

Just for the archeologist, or someone who face to the same problem.

DDE4 ISN digging:
2 spot: 1 FLASH ( AMD flash memory -AM29F400BT ) 2 EEPROM - ST95C08 ( 5P08 )

FLASH read out via OBD = not full read -> some part of the dump contains full of C3. - Thats why some program determine the ISN as C3 C3. Obviously not correct ISN.
for read ISN from flash must desolder the chip, and read as.

EEPROM contains ISN at 0x38 0x39 but swapped ( and 2 more for redundant secure store at 0x3A 0x3B and 0x3C 0x3D )
so if 0x38 contains E5 and 0x39 contains B8 then the ISN is B8 E5

Some people say ISN in FLASH... some belives ISN in EEPROM, the truth is that, both contains.
If you are sure, noone manipulated the flash, than enough to read the EEPROM 5P08 and threat the ISN as real to merge with EWS.
