VW Crafter 2.5TDI Help egr off, dpf off + chip if possible

Hello mates,

I have a 2008 year 100kw crafter with eco problems. Car always regenerates dpf and consumption is 14-15 litres on a speed of 100km.
Everything with turbo and vacuum is perfect. Car has 245 000 km on a dash. Can somebody help me with it?
I drive this car for 63 000km and consumption was 8.5-9.5 litres, now it eats so much fuel so I have to live on a gas station :s:
If it is possible make some chip on it to add a bit more power and lower consumption.
