Wii IOS16 Error! (ret = -1035

When installing the batch file I get the following msg...

Installing IOS16, please wait...
>> Installing title... Error! (ret = -1035)
Please any button to restart.

After hitting any button, system reboots back into main menu screen.

Current Wii Firmware - 4.0E.

Any suggestions ?

same problem for me too.....anything? i'm running v 4.0E

same here same error code running black version 4.1E any ideas people plz.
