I'm assuming you have a wireless network that your dreambox and PSP are a part of.

Using the PSP Web browser enter the address: http://yourdreamboxip/pda

you should get a reduced size web interface.

I have tested this myself and yes it does work fine, not perfect maybe but is more than usable.

If I ever manage to get some time to play I plan to create a single psp web page with just my fav channels which should be quite straight forward.
