FGTECH Galleto V54

Hello,
I have a problem with my Galleto V54, when i start to read the ECU from OBD or BDM or Jtag i have problem whith an error. This error is in picture below. So I can't read the ECU. Before I haven't problem but now i have problem. I have install and reinstall some time but nothing. Please any idea to solve this problem ????

the first problem is in the HW, upgrade HW with all new better quality components

Ok, but can you tell which components please ? Because I see some components are good quality exm ST, Philips and NPX.

Q20 are ZVN2106A
big relais : G6AK-234P ST-US 5VDC
small relais : G5V-1 5VDC
Y1 change resonator with quartz 16 mhz
c21-c26-c28 100uF 50V
the other 7 capacitor are 10uF 50V

use nxp or infineon components, relays Omron, some other parts from ST

My big relay are ds2y-s-dc5v 10pins, so is problem if I replace them with 8pins relay G6AK-234P ST-US 5VDC ?

you are confused, the relais i wrote have 10 pins
