mb w203 c200 ezs 2095450508 problem

hello,
i have a problem with a mb c200 2002 w203004, first the car have key no turn , i read ezs with xprog i save eprom and flash
i test eprom with skc and seem correct, i put a new flash with same part number downloaded here from dk, after that key turn ok, remote ok but engine not start, and always have " computing data please wait"
with star das i have no error in ezs and no error in ecu, in pamaters i have all ok except drive autorisation " no " in ecu
i try several ezs dumps from here in dk " posted by smayer, another from premierD, and some others, all for 2095450508 hc12 for w203, same as mine but all time same
i vergin ecu same problem, i calculate a new key with skc and same problem
please can someone help me or give me any idea i was blocked

i try also key in key out for 20 at 30 times but no change
there is original dump read first time from ezs and ecu

Do you try use another key?

i have new, i scan car with autocom,
no default in ecu and no default in ezs
but in ezs parameters i have
eis tranport protection inactive : no
eis activated : no
eis initialized : no
eis personalised : no
what do you think, i have no this with star diagnostic ????
i will test reflash ecu in the morning i hope the idea of mr black will solve this problem
