MercedesC200 2008 w204 no ignition

Hy friends
I Have a problem with MercedesC200 2008 w204, when i insert key nothing happens (its like ignition is free) key can turn completely but no ignition,
This happened after the client insist on starting with the low battery.
No fault codes in all systems
I could have corrupted the immo file?

90% esl 10% ezs, problem is hardware not software, diag with star if dtc is "trava electronica da dire??o" the problem is EZS.
