I was trying to reset smartkey system to add new (used) fob to 2013 Prius and frigging Windows laptop decided to update/restart in the middle of the 16 minute waiting period.
Now the car will not turn on at all, tried reset smartkey again and Techstream cannot even communicate to the car once I enter VIN/passcode.
I checked all the fuses, they seem ok.
Does anyone know a solution? or know which ECUs I have to replace to get this car back on track?
