hi i have problem Opel Vivaro 2003 1.9 after battery dead, immo light, car not start.
i read 93c66 from UCH but VIN : =00000000000000000

how write correct vin ?

Hi,
there are 2 faults -1) decoder ring and 2) ring decoder
When one of them is logged the car will not start untill cleared (can't remember which one.)
If you are stuck without equipment somewhere often unplugging the white plug in the uch for a few secs will solve the problem.
The vin will normaly program with clip when the recorded vin is ff ff ff or 00 00 00 this does not stop the car from running. The next 2 bits after the vin are a check sum of the vin
