openbox v8s scrambled channels

Hi. Wondered if anyone could help just lost all my $ channels on my openbox v8s. I have just put the latest aj sat list on and still scrambled. With the scrambled icon on the screen. Anyone help. Is it a firmware issue. I'm on 3511hd 07 12 2014 0923. All FTA channels work. Done the usual unpluged , reboot etc. Pm with help. Thanks in advance.
