ok i need some help here.. ive been reading and reading and ordering things but i am still stuck.

i have installed xp32bit on a seperate laptop, checked that all drivers are in ok.

i have the following tools:
normal odb2 reader
VAG+K+CAN cable
Kess V2 china clone
AD900 pro (maybe i could read the codes i need from ECU to make a proper key ?)

I have a Mazda Premacy 2001 with immo problems. I was given an ecu, ignition, immo box. but they are from a manually geared premacy and
mine is automatic. So i tried to just switch ecu, immo box and ignition and the car starts right away, but will not change gears as this is
ecu from a manual driven car. mine is called FP89 and the one i installed is called FP88

I cant even get kess to ID or Read or anything. i get the error: " error reading hw serial" (i think it was that) no matter what protocol i use
etc. (trying to read via obd2 connector which is 17pin on mazda so i have an adapter cable.

can anyone help me on skype/teamviewer ?

i have 2 sets of ecu, keys+ignition+immo box. the original ecu wont start car for more then 3-4 sec. the new one starts fine (alot of black smoke though) but will not change gears.

what is the easiest way to do this? use new immo and change/flash it if its compatible between fp88 and 89? or use original immo?

what would i need to to for the new ecu from the manual transmission car to work for automatic transmission ? as i have a key that works with the
car and no error codes, just wont drive/change gears :p

im having voltage and all sorts of problems.. so, if anyone is up for helping me a bit on teamviewer and/or skype,

here below are vin numbers and denso part numbers etc

VIN: JMZCP19P501135807

ecu = FP89 EGI 18 881B - 279700-0831
Siemens SID801 (i think?) 93c56 chip
AGAiT 33920-83e2 DENSO??

so someone pleeeease help me, this car will rust to death soon :)

if you have a new set off ECU + immo box , you desolder 93C56 from your new ECU and solder it on the old ECU , this will give a set to start the car , and the gear problem will be solved

removing 93C56 is quite easy. you just use paste , and a 40w soldering iron, heat 93c56 legs with past , and use a tiny scalpel to lift the EEPROM.
You can do this to avoid damaging EEPROM with hot air station.

i am going to order usb upa today. but i was thinking, are you sure i can move the 93c56 chip between the ecu?s? they are almost identical these ecu?s but one of the pin boxes is empty on the new box that works.. so i basically means that one of the cable bunches i connect to the ecu do not touch any wires at all. the old ecu has these pins. but is locked on immo. i also have 2 sets of ignitions+key. one of them is the original ignition that the key was lost to and i have a cut key for that ignition with no chip. but i get the immo light with the old ecu. the thing is, when i scan the original key that came with the new set og ecu+immobox (mitsu)+ignition+key with my ad900 it says no transponder.. for both keys. but still the new ecu will start the car. even change gears but the car does so VERY hard.. like if you would release the clutch very very fast on purpose.. and i can never reach 3rd gear on the new ecu. but i can use R and 1+2.. but it loud sound and ugly smell when i started it first on the new ecu but the smoke went away. now just gear and low power problem with new ecu,., or manual vs automatic transmission ecu... should i post detailed pics of the pins and names of these ecu?s ? wondering if the new ecu can be fixed or that if the move eeprom chip is the solution as the eeprom that works doesnt drive the car very well.. ?

i also have another post. i hope its not to confusing. i am new at this but i will order the tools i need to get that car working :)

so in my previous post im wondering, can it be that immo is not the problem also with the first ecu? thought unlikely as the alleged only key with correect chip was lost and hence the key i have now cut but with no key that will not start the car and flash immo light.. new ecu set does not flash any immo light at all

anyone? i just want to make a new key i think
